Nope he's not Italian, he came from Bulacan! :) This a sure way to melt your heart, try it for breakfast or snack. I believe this melting cassava cakes had branched out already in Metro Manila and some provinces. But for us, a few steps will do, Don Benito has been our neighbor for I think 5 years already. He is in Mindanao Avenue besides Master's Pub establishment and fronting the Veterans Golf area.
