Another unique tasting Tagaytay pies and tarts, Rowena's. Buko pies and tarts (buko, apple, ube and pineapple), cheesecakes (strawberry and blueberry), tamarind preserves and other home-made dessert products.
The cafe also boast of their special coffee blends. Perfect to a cold weather in Tagaytay.
Rowena's Cafe is located in 152 Brgy. Francisco, Tagaytay City. (Via Sta. rosa exit).
