Here's a photo blog of participants from Foodgasm 3: Triple The Flavor.

Foodamn Philippines brought a friend from Chocoholics Philippines, with some other food bloggers in the country we were able to experience food tasting from upcoming food entrepreneurs.

Little Donkey's Spanish-inspired Fried Burrito. Catch them at Mezza Norte in Trinoma Parking every weekend nights. This dish was my top choice for the night.
Choco ATBP. presented Triple Dark Choco Tablea Fudge Bar  in original and chili flavor. Also served hot Tsokolate Spicy hot Choco straight from Batirol. Choco ATBP. tablea is harvested by the farmers in Mindanao region. The community of farmers conduct sampling of tablea where they can be a regular supplier. They coined " Tsokolate ng Sindikato de Cacao" to a group of buyers. I enjoyed most the hot chocolate blend with chili.

Pepito's Pinoy Sorbet displayed a unique tasting Sampaloc Sorbet. It's one of my choice for Most Innovative Award.

Eve's Cakes and Sweets had the yummiest dessert of the night, it's a Bluberry Cheesecake!

Sultry Chef boast of their Pinoy pasta named Spicy Tuyo Pasta Aglio and Sultry Roast Beef with Saucy Gravy.

B. Wings has been a concessionaire at Mercato Centrale ever since I remember. Still the brand's best seller Black Mamba is  chill to the bone!

The cookie butter phenomenon has now a local counterpart through Monster Butter's Spoonable Cookies in Cookie and Cookies n Milk flavors.

DadMoms Kitchen entry was an Ilocano Dish Pork Dinakdakan. Foodamn Philippines version of the same plate, we call it Warek-Warek.

Flavor Ave. presented Bagnet Paella.

Pastry Playground's Rainbow Cake.

Shmallow had an adorable party-themed display with their Marshmallow Spread.

Shawie Bakes' Carrot Cake

Schmidt's Gourmet Hotdogs sampled A Japanese-inspired sandwich Wagamama.

Tapsilog Centrale kick-off with Organic Wagyu Kobe Beef Tapa.

Another Carrot Cake and cupcakes from Susana's Kitchen.

Twisted Desserts had combo approach, eat first Mr. Grey cheesecake follow up with Belgian Chocolate Bites.

For the beverages, there only two booths displayed with refreshment. One is Condad and Co.  Inc. --- Coco Royal with Loe Vera and Coco Royal Basil Seed with Honey.

Second was a health buff drink from The Juice Barista featuring a cleansing drink Green Cayenne Reboot.

The first four foodies are my top choices for Expert Award and Innovation Award. I hope on next Foodgasm event we get to see, feel and taste more truly Filipino dish or fusion dish and lesser cupcakes and sweets. A friend we invited had a comment that the serving of samplers from some participants are too small to decipher, "not worth my 250" but they had fun in general. I think that critic observes that the event in order to become more successful and create a meaningful buzz should satisfy and amazed the goers.  Believed me it's the secret ingredients to last! ;)
Thank you University of the Philippines' Economic Society for inviting Foodamn Philippines as food blogger judge of Foodgasm 3. Congrats for a very organized event.
