This is a cold-pressed juice using a masticating or slow juicer. Best for detoxing, cleansing or if you simply want to have a puree juice. The best part of this juice is the enzymes from fresh fruits and vegetables. 


Some people choose to have "juicing" as a meal replacement. Check with your health adviser or doctor before planning to have juice therapy or remedy. 


Ingredients:
Apples - 3 medium
Orange - 1 large (peeled)
Lemon - 1/2 fruit (with rind)
Spinach - 5 cups
Celery - 4 stalk, large

Juicing:
Juicing Recipes: Beginner's Green Juice

Masticate using a slow juicer to preserve fruit and vegetable enzymes. Avoid using a centrifugal juicer or blender, it takes away the nutrients of the fruit/vegetable due to heat produced from these machines.


The ingredients above will yield 32 oz all-natural juice.  Does not contain sugar and preservatives. Based on our observation the juice has a shelf-life of 3 days (refrigerated). Must be stored in a mason jar or sealed glass container to keep away from oxidation.
