What do we love most? Personally, we are big fans of Laksa soup, the Chicken Satay, Fried Ribs and the stir-fried noodles. All with the hint of spice and special flavors. Looking at the rest of the menu, I heard good reviews about Beef Randang (P420, Spicy Fried Eggplant (P289), Seafood Tom Yum (P520) and Oriental Patatim ((900). Menu selection ranges from Indonesian, Chinese, Thailand, Vietnamese, and Singaporean food. For coffee lovers, you can order black coffee or the Kapeng Barako.
Perlas ng Silang is still a work in progress, the place is constructing green houses, a spa and event venue. There's more to come, let's try to revisit the place once they are completed. See you guys!
