What’s in it? Crispy boneless bangus is a biggie size milkfish deep fried with signature breading garnished with special “Pares Sauce,” chili garlic, cilantro, and toasted garlic!

The crunchy garlic sauce with a bit of sweetness makes it a unique bangus dish. Tho, the best thing about fried boneless bangus is the crispy skin. Likewise, with the special breading in it, the skin is the thang! The batch we had has fish scale or kaliskis in it, technically you can't eat any of the crispy skin. I found out that from other franchise branch their bangus is without scales. Also, this batch taste close to rancid already particularly the topping. We can't identify which is which: it might be the pares sauce or the chili garlic oil. Despite our personal comment, given that it was presented in a box with delightful savor, the bangus itself is well seasoned. It was an honest review, I know that this is a sponsored post and we thank Bang Bang Bangus for giving us the opportunity to taste this new bangus concept, For the record, we personally contact the brand and let them know our views, so they can find ways to improve the product.
