How to Cook Curry Fried Rice

Curry Fried Rice Recipe

We've been wanting to try to cook something with an Indian or Mediterranean vibe, or something close to Beryani rice. So we thought of a curry rice instead because of the available ingredients in the kitchen. For this recipe, we use McCormick Curry Mix and added chicken powder to achieve the umami flavor.
