San Miguel's Cheesy Hotdog and Fries Sandwich Overload Recipe



The second dish/recipe presentation from SM Master Chefs Cooking Marathon - SM Hypermarket North EDSA leg. Featured dish from Chef Kai Verdadero-O of San Miguel Products: Cheesy Hotdog and Fries Sandwich Overload Recipe.

 
Ingredients:
6 pcs. hotdog buns
6 pcs. Purefoods Tender Juicy Hotdog Kingsize, pan fried or steamed
1 cup Magnolia Cheezee Spread [in squeeze bottle]
300 grams store-bought frozen cross-cut fries, fried to a crisp
2 tbsp. store-bought cheese powder
200 grams Purefoods Honey-cured Bacon, chopped and fried

Procedure:
  1. Sandwich hotdogs in buns then drizzle with Cheezee Spread.
  2. Toss fries with cheese powder until well coated then top over sandwich.
  3. Sprinkle chopped bacon over fries.
  4. Serve. Makes 6 sandwiches.
