Goldilocks' Taisan

Heard of better-tasting Taisan before either in Red Ribbon, Shoppesville and/or somewhere in Cabanatuan.
Form a mental image of soft buttered chiffon cake only smaller, delicately topped with butter and drizzled with grated cheese, some uses sugar. 
Goldilocks version was not too soft, the pastry was evenly firm. Just the right amount of sweet and taste little butter too. We love the cheese on top! Even though it was abundantly topped with cheese, the pastry was that salty. 
Best eaten with brewed coffee. 

Main Ingredients:
Flour, shortening, eggs, sugar, butter, cheese, salt, baking powder and flavoring.
