Chef Laudico's Brownies

Chef Laudico's Brownies

Foodamn Philippines

Got a Chef Laudico box of brownies delivered. Courtesy of Ms. Amor Maclang from Geiser Maclang, its a token they promised for my support to their campaign entitled Philippines 1st Spring Cleaning Day held last 11th of May 2011. Thank you so much Ms. Amor.
A box of 10 elongated cashew brownies, we are used to having brownies filled with too much chocolate flavor, too much butter and too much sweets in it. Didn't indulge on it! We was expecting Chef Laudico's brownies made to be creamier and chocolatey, hence I think it was designed to reverse the stereotyped brownies. The brownies were moist enough to capture your taste buds, it is not too sweet at all. The chocolate flavor was minimal, maybe because I am a dark chocolate addict. I was looking for the bittersweet factor like the ones from Le Creme and Tinapayan.
