Dole Philippines: Banana Morning Motto - Online Contest

When you were young have you heard your elders saying... eat a banana fruit so you'll get  a supple smooth skin :) And when you get a little older, your peers would recommend to eat bananas in the morning to avoid the chronic hang-over [after having an excessive drinking session with them] because a great amount of Potassium can be found from a banana. And be able to regain your composure and strength. I don't know about its effectivity, I was never an alcohol drinker to prove the theory but I believe it has Potassium which is good and healthy for the body. What made me decide to eat bananas in the morning is aside from getting a smooth skin and be energized, bananas were always present in our dining table, a counterpart of apples and oranges in American homes. A piece of banana contains an excellent source of Vitamin B6, moderate amount of Vitamin C, Manganese and the Potassium. Banana's health benefits may be correlated with reduced risk of cancer [particularly colorectal, breast cancer and kidney], Parkinson's disease, Hypertension and Cardiovascular-related disease. Make it a habit to eat banana particularly in the morning, stay healthy plus get the energy you need to start the day. The banana fantastico! :)
Rise and shine, here's my fantastic entry! :)

  2. hello Daryll,

hehe. interesting contest. Sasali din sana ako. But seriously, I eat banana every morning - I buy from 7-11. I think DOLE yung brand dun. I'm not really a fan of bananas. It's just that I think it will satisfy my hunger without making me fat plus I could also get the potassium that I need. :)
    Nice write up! Liked!

  3. Hi Jared's Mum and Jenny, since you two are banana freaks, before eating that banana, grab a pen and write your morning motto, shoot even with your camera-phone enabled, transfer and upload is easy and sharing is fun who knows, you might get yourself a free spa or fitness class. :)

  6. To Anonymous: Any Dole representative? :) Rumors say the bananas has too much fertilizer, it taste synthetic already. Maybe the manufacturer come up with an agri-development on ways to produce maximum output to meet the demands and supply.
