Buffet breakfast at Salt meant pans, croissants, strawberry and blueberry jams and most of all fresh slice fruits and yoghurts. If we intend to swim after breakfast, we gotta keep it light.

After two or more hours of swim, light breakfast was burned down. Pasta Penne Carbonara was made up of cream with mushroom, ham and onions. A choice of: spaghetti, fettuccine, penne, linguine or angel hair. A creamy pasta, although a little bland, you have to add more parmesan and salt and pepper to taste. Pizza Margherita is commonly made with tomato, basil and mozzarella cheese. We enjoy pizza most of the time, but this one didn't meet up our standards. The pizza lacks tomato based and Italian touch, although thin crust it hardens too quickly. Something wrong with its recipe, we ended up leaving it on the table.

Hotel coffeeshops are usually pleasant to eat and are flavorful and appetizing, the last two visits we had, food at Salt were good. But not this time. Although I haven't tried their Korean dishes, they might focus their culinary skills for their countrymen. I say I rather have croissants and waffles when going back in an instance.
