Pancake House
High Street
Bonifacio Global City
The thing with high-end mall administrators, tenants should ride with the demands. Pancake House has been in the market for a long time that they had locked-in pancake niche on their own here in the Philippines.
Other Pancake House outlets offered meal promos not available in the likes of BGC. Why? They presume shoppers on this side of the earth are willing to pay at the maximum rate. Compared to Pancake House in Diliman Center (right beside St. Peter) this place is an ordinary restaurant for average diners. They even have PhP150 meal offer, a complete package drinks included. That's about four or five meal selections.
Now visit Pancake House High Street and you won't find deals offered by the same restaurant in a different location. Dish here is above PhP200 per order.
Higher taxes and demographics but the same old pancake recipe.
This area is even unbelievable, the staff approaches us thrice just to say three from our orders are not available. So we have to order something else instead. The real bacon bits from the pasta was replaced by bacon sprinkle while the banana split don't have chocolate ice cream. We settled for two strawberry scoops and vanilla. Told them what will I tell my child? The menu shows three-tone ice creams and chocolates are kid's next big thing? ;) They give me a smile and I said you should close down! Hahaha! "Sa Commonwealth Hindi sila out of stock dun, Commonwealth Lang yon ha."
