Foodamn Philippines : C2 Restaurant, Summit Ridge Hotel
Tagaytay City
November 8, 2013
Filipino native food with a twist, Foodamn Philippines came across a unique tasting desserts: biko with kapeng barako and turon with vanilla ice cream dip. Your usual biko (sticky rice or malagkit rice) was blended with kapeng barako! While the turon (sugarless fried saba banana) had a vanilla ice cream for the turon to add that creamy sweetness each dip and bite experience.
C2 is the in-house restaurant of Summit Ridge Hotel in Tagaytay City.
