What to eat in San Juan City

June 2023. San Juan, Metro Manila - Literally an unplanned food crawl in Binondo or Recto area ended in San Juan.

Our late dinner was curated by Rence of Walk with Chan. Here are some dishes that have become favorites among Sincerity's loyal patrons.

Seafood soup. The soup was great and can be shared, we were four that time.

The Sincerity fried chicken is a crispy meal that boasts a secret blend of Chinese herbs and spices. The chicken is tender on the inside and irresistibly crunchy on the outside. This dish has garnered a devoted following.

Kikiam, is a popular Filipino-Chinese street food and appetizer. It's made from a mixture of ground pork, shrimp, vegetables, and various seasonings, all wrapped in bean curd skin or bean curd sheet. This savory treat is then deep-fried to perfection, resulting in a crispy and flavorful exterior that encases the deliciously seasoned filling.

Oyster omelette. The briny flavor of oysters is served with special savory sauce that enhances the overall taste.
