Street foods, themed restaurants, fast food, Cooperative or food stalls from UP villagers name it, err find it here in UP Diliman.

We will kickstart the feature with the most common, most accessible and somehow cheapest but famous street food to restaurants.

Mang Larry's. Famed for his "isaw' and "fishbolan". This branch in 2017 was located in CSWCD and later migrated near Fine Arts area due to traffic brought by its customers.

Area 2. Located in in Laurel St. The residential area transformed garage into food finds catered for students and employees. What to try in Area II:

Yatai. Japanese concept restaurant. Must-try: Ramen

Khas Food House. Located inside UP SURP in E. Jacinto St. A Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. Must-try: Keema, Upside Down, Daal Masoor, and Lasi.

Restaurant of Choice (ROC). Located in Bahay ng Alumni.  Our previous blog about ROC in 2013. Read about it over the link above.

Chocolate Kiss. Also in Bahay ng Alumni. CK decided to close its physical cafe in August 2020 due to the pandemic. 

The Snack Shack. Located in Balagtas St. right in front of Bahay ng Alumni.

Nomu. Located in Balagtas St along other food brands and convenience store.

Rodic's.  Located in Balagtas St., this branch is the newest as of this writing (or before the pandemic started). We've tried a few branches here in Diliman, The very first was in UP Shopping Center and the one in PhilCOA. Must-try: TapSiLog

Gubat QC. Located in Bonsai Society, in C.P. Garcia Avenue. Eat with your bare hands. "Bawal maarte" They have "wash sink" before and after your meal. It's adjacent to a Bonsai garden on the right. Must-try: Pako salad

UP National College of Public Administration and Governance (UP NCPAG) Canteen.

UP Town Center (UPTC). Located in Katipunan Ave., the former UP Integrated School houses an array of shops and restaurants.
