C' Italian Dining in Angeles, Pampanga
What to eat in Pampanga
This is the third time we've spent dinner here, must admit, it's one place we will never replaced from any other pizza or Italian resto. Central Luzon from Quezon City is just a few hours drive! It feels so homey here, my little tote - already known by the whole staff and they even let her roam around the kitchen. One of the commis even gave her an apple, and more chats with the kid. C' Italian Dining is famous for their panizza with arugula and alfalfa sprouts. Chef Chris Locher was the original in-house chef, I think he moved out and managed another restaurant. This post was in 2011.
UPDATE:
In 2012, we have experienced another Chef Chris trademark Italian foodies in Luca Cucina Italiana or Luca's for food enthusiasts. The pizza/pasta/bar is open on for dinner only, they are located in Talipanan, Puerto Galera, Mindoro.
Drive all the way to Angeles, Pampanga, you can reached it within 1.5 hours that is based from uninterrupted traffic! Can be found along the perimeter road across SM Clark mall. And don't forget to bring enough dough though! :)
See you at the C!

Penne Roberto This pasta is a little strong in flavor. Server will remind and confirm upon ordering. Php 580 |
Panizza forever!!!!!! Time to roll, take some arugula & alfalfa sprouts onto the panizza and roll it up. |
The panizza roll was with just the right crisp, flavor, thin and not that greasy. Adding the arugula and alfalfa sprouts makes it a pizza salad.
